Great. We stayed the night before our cruise. The shuttle also picked us up after our cruise and brought us back to the hotel so we had somewhere to hang out until our flight.

Location was good. Didn't clean the room the 1st day even though we requested daily cleaning. Sink didn't drain well. Parking cost 35 per day and wasn't disclosed when booking was made.

We went to a concert at the Amalie Arena and it was about a 10 minute walk. There was a publix and a couple of restaurants in the area that were also walkable. Our room was very clean and spacious. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I was doing something in the area

This hotel was so loud at night, it was as if we were sleeping outside. The floor to ceiling windows were really cool, but given it is downtown, they should have invested in triple pain glass. From loud cars to yelling, we could hear it all and made for a really restless sleep.
