"First off you pull up to a run down looking MOTEL. Never signed up for a motel. We went to check in and got the key to our room, opened the door and yuck. It smells so old and musty. There was hair on the blankets, while using the bathroom there was a small cockroach crawling on the floor. We stayed up until 2 in the morning just worrying and reading bad reviews from other guests. We sucked it up and stayed for the night, my step daughter woke up to someone banging on the door saying “open up.” Never figured out what that was about. Although the room will forever haunt me, I do have 1 positive about this place; the staff is very very nice :) "

"Good value. Staff is great! Shuttle service, on point, reliable and easy to request. Facilities are outdated a bit but the service & responsiveness request/concerns made it pleasant as our stay was primarily a quick visit to Busch gardens"
