On the 1st floor is an open concept Kitchen/Dining/Living area, with a 4-season room directly off the dining area and a deck off the 4-season room, plus a full bath. The finished basement gives you extra living space with a bonus room and a half bath. With a bar and walk-out access to a patio and the lakefront. On the 2nd floor are the primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and beautiful views of the lake, 2 additional bedrooms, and a full bath with a soaking tub. The yard is well-landscaped, with a granite fireplace, and a granite bar-height table. There's 165' of lovely waterfront and a sandy beach! Beautiful spot to watch ts!!

A Perfect Vacation Property!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this lovely home on Square Pond. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The home is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated with new, comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen that has anything you will ever need to prepare a meal, and bonus space in the basement level. The outside of the property is equally impressive. An incredibly large, private yard, covered patio, easy access to the water and a sizable beach area--perfect for launching kayaks and great for the little ones to play in the clean, shallow water. This is a perfect property for water activities or to relax and read a book in a quiet spot on the spacious lawn. The sunroom and deck are ideal for enjoying the spectacular sunsets. It's obvious that the owners take great pride in their property and we were delighted to vacation here, experiencing all that the Owl's Nest and Square Pond have to offer!

Very Enjoyable

We had 6 adults in our 60’s stay. Our friends from Maryland were impressed on their first visit to Maine. The home was clean and very well appointed, and beautiful. I would recommend this home to anyone. Well done!

Perfection!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Owl House! The beach was perfect for relaxing and playing, with stunning views of Square Pond and plenty of space. The accommodations were top-notch, with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably fit our group. The air conditioning was a blessing, keeping the house cool and comfortable during the warm days. The homey feel of the house made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended!
