You will have all the comforts of a luxury home. Condo features stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, granite counters, mosaic back splash, designer furniture, tile/wood throughout, step in glass shower, and ceiling fans in all the rooms. All linens and housewares are provided. Top of the line appliances and housewares. Waterside offers 2 pools, fitness center, kayak launches, racks, spas, waking trails, hammocks, shuffle board, and it even has a Bar that opens nightly!

The master bedroom features a memory foam King size bed w/ 40" TV, the guest room offers the comfort of a memory foam queen bed and the living room has a new queen size pull out sofa. There is plenty of storage room and cabinet space for your belongings and food. Living room also comes with 50" flat screen, dvd player, and sound bar.

Full size front loading washer and dryer are also included. Large first floor patio features dining table and lounge set. Perfect for watching the sunset! Kayaks are also available for your use.
