to music in the Tiki hut. Go in the pool and enjoy the jetted water sitting on the bench. Enjoy the AC
in the house with spacious bedrooms. Go fishing for but not limited to mahi mahi, mangrove snapper,
grouper, mutton snapper, yellow tail snapper, and for the big boys sword fish, and many more species.
Have a barbecue and eat your catch in minutes after docking. With a filet station, ice machine, and out
door bait freezer. Stay on two separate floors.. Sit on
the top deck and have coffee watching the sun rise. Check out the manatees and porpoises in the canal.
Travel down to Key West or north to Miami.
We supply you with a 4 bedroom luxury home with bathrooms and entertainment systems, with a washer and dryer on the first floor and all the toiletries
you need. i
The house can sleep many.
Please see the pictures. You can bring your own boat and dock it to a 40 feet water docking space or you can put the boat up
on the lift (maximum boat lweight at 15,000 lbs.) We have direct access to the ocean and the bay.
We are on the ocean side. Parking on the property can accommodate 4 cars and a boat trailer.
There is a building maintenance man named Bud across the street 24/7 if needed and he will set you
up with the house operations and the best places to drop your fishing line. If you need a boat, we have
a fishing service too that will be ready to take you out to the best spots for bottom fishing or deep-sea
sword fishing. Cost for the fishing trip to be determined and separate from house rental.

Keys family vacation

The property exceeded every expectation. The house was clean and in a great location. Docking the boat outside was easy and convenient. Great property.

Just spend the month of February at this property. Communication with the owner was amazing. Property Manager (handyman) was very responsive to any request we had. Great having the heated pool and use of the boat lift. The property was clean upon arrival. Nice set up for couples or families with the 2 separate living quarters. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurant, breakfast place and bait shop. Thanks Dave!!

Bud, the property mgr was excellent. He kindly forwarded a package that didn’t arrive before we left. This is a perfect property for two families, with separate kitchens, living areas and bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs.

Spectacular Getaway

My family and I stayed at this spectacular property for an extended weekend getaway in Tavernier. We were able to launch our boat less than 7 minutes away from the property and keep our boat on the dock for easy access to nearby sandbars. The pool was exquisite and relaxing. The homeowner has really thought about all the needs of a guest including an on location grill and ice machine. This saved my family and I lots of time when filling our coolers for a day on the water. Rooms, kitchens and bathrooms were updated and very clean. Bud, the round the clock property manager, was excellent, helpful and very kind. We are eager to return in the near future. This property exceeded my family and I’s expectations.
