"The front staff was incredibly nice. Room very, very clean. Spacious. Parking was pretty limited, but ended up working okay. The area surrounding the hotel was pretty bleak (empty but that was probably bc it was a Sunday evening) as there were people sheltering in entryways of nearby properites and there was a couple walking nearby yelling at eachother while hauling their goods around. Did not feel unsafe though. Inside the hotel felt secure. "

"The lobby was beautiful with it's gardens, fountains, waterfalls and streams. Has a restaurant on site, much facilities (gym etc) but the sauna, hot top, and kids water funspot was inop, but it was off season too... The room was nice, quiet, comfortable and adequate."

"Staff could have explained the area and accommodations better. It doesn’t feel right walking around trying to figure things out for yourself when it should have been explained upon checkin."

"the check-in was superb and also the room and the pool. the parking was a bit narrow for a Ram but it worked. We really enjoyed the free upgrade from the room and the nearby Dennys. Overall a pleasant stay "
