"Great stay at the Chelsea. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. The adult pool area was a nice, quiet place to relax.
There was a mix up in communication regarding parking. The front desk said we could stay until 2 pm, the parking attendant said we should have left at 11 am. Hopefully they can get on the same page about that.
