"Excellent stay, wonderful and very helpful staff"

"Great hotel. The only suggestion is that their check in time is too early (2:00pm) so our room wasn't ready when we arrived. A 2:00pm check in doesn't permit the cleaning crew to service the rooms in time after the prior guests check out. We would suggest a later check in time so guests aren't waiting and frustrated. 2:00pm check in is unheard of. "

"This lovely hotel is in the heart of the main square which was so convenient for getting to places nearby to meet for trips and for enjoying the plethora of restaurants. If you love people watching - this is the place. Hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and the amenities were excellent. Staff were very friendly and exceedingly helpful. Highly recommend this hotel as an excellent place to stay in Krakow."

Spotlessly clean hotel, rooms are a good size and furnished to a high standard. Popular, excellent Stockholm cafe just a few doors away where you can watch them make freshly baked delicious pastries and good coffee served in large mugs. Great value hotel and excellent location. "
