Prior to checking in the staff refused to allow me to use the restroom on the main level while waiting for our room to be available. The attitude from the staff was negative; I had to leave the premises from a long drive already to find a restroom. thankfully another hotel 10 miles away allowed me to use their restroom. The space was nice in the one bedroom suite however the toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush. To add the tub had a lot of rust and the stopper was broken.

Dariel Marius was GREAT!

My son and I stayed July 12 through the 15th. There was one staff person who stood out. The night clerk, Dariel Marius. She was friendly, cheerful and very helpful. You could tell she really cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. She went the extra mile with a couple of small issues and it made me feel cared for. I will stay at the hotel again with no hesitation because of her.

The stay wa very good. The only reason why it wasn't excellent was because there is no pool. Otherwise the stay was great the staff was friendly and the room was super clean with very comfy beds.

Your site pointed an arrow total price. When I arrived they insisted on scanning my credit card for $100 "incidentals/damage"! I was angry but too tired to argue a long time...I told them this was outrageous...they said it was normal...I say it's not normal.

It was right off the Jersey Turnpike and the staff was very friendly. Some items of the physical property need attention such as ice maker on 2nd floor out of order and the PM in the individual rooms could be a bit better. But overall a nice place to stay!
