Everything is clean amd wemt smooth. A+. Only thing for future reference. The windows get alot of condensation that builds up water on the window seal and drips down onto the floor. Thats needs to be addressed before it molds the carpet at some point. I informed management.

This was one of the most challenging motel stays I’ve experienced. Unfortunately, our room was located right next to what appeared to be an employee room. Throughout the night, approximately every 30 minutes to an hour, there were loud door slams and conversations coming from that area. The sudden loud noises repeatedly woke us up and made it difficult to feel comfortable or get proper rest. When we checked in, I asked if it would be possible to move to a different room due to the location and noise concerns. My request was declined without explanation, which was disappointing. Clear communication at check-in and consideration of guest comfort would have made a significant difference in our experience. Overall, the lack of quiet and the inability to accommodate a room change made for a very unpleasant stay.

Upon arrival noticed that the room was not clean all the way. Left over food in the fridge, used pimple patches left over on the counter top, hair in the bed and shower and inside of the “washed” towels. Fingerprints all over the microwave. Staff was really nice and understanding and issued a refund without hesitation. Whoever is in charge of cleaning here needs a reality check because it’s disgusting. It has potential with it’s new remodel, just seems like they have lazy maids cleaning these rooms.

Room was spotless, everything was brand new. Staff friendly, nice area. Less a star for proximity to freeway, hard to sleep as a light sleeper, same with loud wall ac unit, but that actually helped drown out the freeway noise. We were upstairs and didn’t hear the neighbors in their rooms but heard people talking and walking in the halls. I would stay here again for the price.

Had a wonderful experience there from the time I pulled up to park to checkout in the morning. I was warmly welcomed, found my room to be immaculate with clean, thick towels in a spacious room. Quiet & convenient location to downtown
