Book a hotel near Valleys Outaouais Hospital Center, Hull

"We had to change room because the first one was not clean, in particular the dirty bathroom floor where we found bunch of hairs. I requested a changed floor, just in case... The corridor carpet outside the second0 room was covered with trash. Although this new room seemed ok, we would not trust it cleanest after these experiences.. The hotel appears to be in a noticeable state of decline due to insufficient maintenance and repair investment. Service was uneven, and staff often seemed to be learning procedures on the fly. The overall experience did not reflect the standards we expected."

"The parking lot is terrible... You got to park so close to somebody that you can't get out. I booked it on Expedia and they charged me US dollars without even giving me the itinerary or a receipt or any way to see how much it was. Other than my credit card bill. I tried to look online with Expedia and it just kept coming up with an error. Great hotel though other than the parking problem. Very clean and polite staff."

"I loved my stay here. It was in such an ideal location, beautiful surroundings. Staff were very friendly and excellent. Room was pretty clean although the tub showed some wear and tear. When I come back to Gatineau I want to stay here again. Thanks Best Western Plus Staff for an enjoyable time! "

"My dogs were welcome which was one of the most important part of the trip. The Casino is located beside the hotel so it’s great. Pool & whirlpool are super clean, friendly staff. The rooms are perfect, good quality mattress, lots of pillows, great coffee, great cleaning staff, overall super friendly staff. Great food!!! Everything is great except parking because of the casino there’s a lot of cars (even though the parking lot is super big) so most of the time you’ll have to walk a lot from your car to the hotel or pay the valet parking."
