The staff is very friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants and services around the area. Breakfast was delicious and offered many options. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Civitavecchia."

"The room has a serious health concern. There was an extremely strong mold and mildew smell throughout the room — so strong that even two days after checking out, my pajamas still carried the odor. The environment felt damp and unclean, to the point where we did not even want to touch many of the surfaces in the room. It honestly felt more like a neglected roadside motel than a properly maintained hotel room."

The only negative comment was that the mattress was very uncomfortable. The pool area and terrace bar have incredible views. The bartender was exceptional."
