We truly enjoyed our stay at this property\. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach while still being quiet and relaxing\. The layout of the home was excellent, making it comfortable and functional for our stay\. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described\.The owners clearly take pride in their property, and it showed in the attention to detail\. We had a wonderful week in Wells and would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others looking for a great place to vacation\.

This property is perfect! Just far enough away from the crowds to feel at peace. We were traveling with our dog and we all felt immediately at home as soon as we walked in the door. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed to cook and clean up. The outdoor space is beautiful and relaxing with the salt marsh view. Absolutely loved the outside shower! There is a lovely sunroom to chat, read or relax. Also a game room which was fun and would be perfect for families traveling with children. The host family was very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely return for another visit. Thank you Parker and Katie!
