"We reserved these rooms through Expedia. The room we choose stated it came with a "yard". The main reason why we chose it. To have coffee outside in the morning. It was more expensive than the other rooms which was ok, we expected that. When we arrived we were placed on the 1st floor. ( 0 being ground level) There was no yard access and then to top it off my husband and I were given 2 twin beds. I was told we had to "request" a king although there was no way to opt for that request when reserving. I had called the day of, informing them that "my husband" and myself would be arriving late due to the train schedule. I travel a lot. I've never had to reserve a king but always the two twins if that's what is desired. The concierge behind the desk could not help us, just kept telling us to speak to the manager in the morning. When I came down in the morning, the manager wasn't to arrive until that afternoon. The lady changed our room to fix the bed situation, (smaller room with king bed) and informed us that no rooms had access to the yard from their rooms but from the lobby only. I asked why some rooms listed a yard when some didn't when all guests had yard access. I was also not given compensation for the extra money I paid other than 1 day of free breakfast that didn't even come close to being the same amount. It is deceiving, false advertising and just unprofessional. No manager never attempted to reach out to correct the situation after the fact. I do not recommend."
