Two-Queen Resort Room | Sleeps 4 | No-Fuss, All Fun

Cue the flip-flops in summer and the warm fuzzy boots in winter… you’ve landed in York Beach, where the vibe shifts with the seasons and this bright, breezy resort room keeps pace beautifully.

In summer, the town hums—sunny beach days, salty air, ice cream lines, and that happy chaos only a coastal village can deliver. Come winter, York exhales. The crowds thin, the ocean turns dramatic, and cozy evenings take center stage. This isn’t just a crash pad—it’s your easy-button vacation HQ, whether you’re chasing summer energy or savoring a slower, quieter escape.

Beach days out front. Cozy nights back home. Repeat as needed.
This sunlit room keeps things delightfully uncomplicated:
Two Queen beds, so everyone sleeps like a civilized human
50” TV + seating area for post-beach zoning out or storm-watching marathons
Town-facing balcony or window—perfect for people-watching in summer or slow-sipping coffee in winter
The kitchenette / wet bar has just what you need (and nothing you don’t):
Mini-fridge
Microwave
Coffee maker (because Maine mornings demand it)
Sink + open shelving
Ideal for grab-and-go breakfasts during busy beach days or easy snacks when the town settles into its off-season hush—plus leftovers from that place you loved too much not to revisit.

Location: Park It & Forget It
You’re steps from Long Sands Beach, Short Sands Beach, arcades, cafés, shops, and the legendary Nubble Lighthouse. Translation: Park once, Walk everywhere. Spend your energy on fun, not logistics

In summer, it’s lively and electric. In winter, it’s calm, coastal, and wonderfully unhurried. This is York Beach the way it’s meant to be—right outside your door, whatever the season.

Guest Access
Guests enjoy shared access to resort-style amenities, including:
Ocean-view rooftop deck (sunsets encouraged year-round)
Indoor pool & hot tub
Fitness room (optional, no judgment)
Laundry room (because sand—and seasons—happen)

Great accomodations! Conveniently located right next to the ocean and near places to eat and shop. The host Aubrey was fantastic and super responsive and Lauren the front desk associate was extremely helpful with our checkin. Thank you so much! Can't wait to go back!
