"The entrance to the suites gives a preview of what to expect. Beautiful room with all the comforts of home. Tasteful, simple decor. The kitchen area had a full sized, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob. Plenty of crockery. The washer/dryer were a welcome resource,especially for travelling. Access to a private balcony meant I could also hang a wash up to dry instead of using dryer. The pool and spa were very relaxing at the end of a busy day. "

"I was travelling with a disabled person and the staff were lovely accomodating us with a shower chair. The bed was so incredibly comfy. One of the best hotel nights sleep I’ve ever had. Property was clean and the casino accessible by lift which is what we came for. The only disappointment was that that I did expect a bit more “fanciness” with the rooms - given it is the Star Grand. I was hoping for a mini bar in the room and maybe a bath. "
