"This hotel has eveything you might need with well maintained rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We received a welcome gift of Swiss chocolate, breakfast was well organized and foods were kept supplied. Coffees offered were plentiful and good.
This hotel is right down the funicular from the Lugano train station.....no lugging your baggage, just wonderful!!
If I were to be in Lugano again, this is the hotel where I would stay again!"
