Best Breakfast and Rooms Ever!

Stayed here for our son’s college graduation. Rooms were awesome! The best part was the free breakfast. The restaurant staff was so attentive and they served so many options, many that were healthy. I can’t remember an all-inclusive breakfast that served chia seed pudding. Love this hotel!

Do not get room 528. Fan above bed got so loud, squeaky, stopped working. Feels like the mattress has a sinkhole on the left side. Shower had hair around the drain. Smelt musty. Slept terrible. Told someone about it and never received help.

Hotel needs updating… great staff

I’m sure it was a great hotel way back but it needs some updating. The staff was great, breakfast was really good but the rooms are showing their age. It was also paving day so we had to park next door…hard on my husband who has handicapped parking needs. The hotel next door doesn’t look safe, no lights in the parking lot. My daughters asked for a crib for my granddaughter and it was moldy smelly and torn up! So unsafe. On the most positive side they went out of their way to decorate the lobby for UAlbany graduation weekend! So great! Thank you for that!
