Staff was very friendly, valet parking was fine. The roim was a decent size and the beds/pillows were relatively comfortable. Unfortunately they did not supply/refill the toilet paper throughout the stay, and due to it being near Disneyland its a lot of kids with not the best parents so you do have to deal with a lot of banging and noises throughout the night. We did also have our tub fill with backlock every time the people upstairs showered.. so we had a maintenance man come to try and fix it.. but he wasnt able to.. The smell was pretty bad.

We stayed here for our Disney trip and it was such a great location! super close to the parks and the room was surprisingly beautiful! I did put four stars for cleanliness because some pillows were a bit dirty, but no worries because there was extra! I will say they don't clean the rooms everyday they just change your towels for you. Overall you could tell they did renovations! Parking is not included, it's valet for extra charge. Our room also had a fantastic view of the fireworks! We would definitely stay again!

It is close to Disneyland - one of the closest - but it is a motel in all ways that that word entails. Staff was super awesome.

This place is perfect for any family visiting Disneyland. It’s a short walk to the gate. The staff are all very nice. We stayed in the family suite. Zero complaints. Tons of room and seating. The little convince store attached is really cool too, they had a bunch of merchandise that was better than what Disneyland was offering. Will stay here again.

Amazing hotel

After reading some reviews was worried about this hotel......but shouldn't have been this hotel was immaculate the staff were friendly and polite even the gentleman who ran the mini mart across from the hotel...all ready looking to rebook for next year.

I booked this property because it had a suite so we could have six people in one room. I also liked that it was very close to the entrance to the Disneyland resort. There were lots of clean towels at the pool in the hot tub was perfect. Housekeeping was good. Kept us in clean towels everyday. The one negative was that they only changed the sheets every 5 days so we never had the beds made the whole time we were there. Unfortunately. Was able to get a late checkout which made our last day there easier and they stored our bags until our shuttle could pick us up. Would definitely stay here again.
