Night staff was very disrespectful and unprofessional, I called to ask about the air conditioning in the room which turns out they don’t have any and every room is controlled by one independent unit and only the maintenance engineer knows what the set temperature is no one else is allowed to know this just sounds ridiculous to me I understand they theme it based on old castle times and they certainly meet that with the no AC and worn down decor the one thing that’s worth it is the bus shuttle to the park and back other than that only stay at this place if you’re looking to save money but know you get what you pay for

Everyone was nice but the rooms have very poor air conditioning as well as broken fridges , otherwise pretty okay with space. The property is huge so trekking towards your room is a must.

We found hair on the toilet and in the shower. The carpet was in need of a shampoo, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The sockets sparked when we plugged in our phone charger. We did appreciate the shuttle but that was about it, although the hotel does charge for parking.
