Silverware was dirty upon arrival, and batteries were dead in one remote. I appreciated the quick response of property manager. Full bed wasn’t comfortable and pillows were old and lumpy. This home was perfect for my immediate and extended family. The checkin and checkout process was super smooth. The property management was helpful and responsive to questions on the spot, prior to and during our stay. We visited Anaheim for the Disney parks of course. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t the greatest as it rained quite a bit on the days we planned to go to Disney. Because this home was so close, we were able to come back quickly and even though it was raining, the kids were able to enjoy some fun in the heated pool and hot tub. The outdoor space was awesome! We would love to come back during the warmer months to enjoy more time outside.
