Older but very well kept property. Rooms very clean and property is nicely taken care of. Plus they don’t gouge you with ridiculous parking fees like other area hotels. The hotel store is very user friendly!

Walls are paper thin you can hear everything. Hard to sleep with upstairs stomping on your head and next door neibors getting jiggy with it. Pool is in middle of parking lot

I've stayed here several times. They're a clean, affordable place to stay, and the small store by the lobby is nice to have available. They were very accommodating when I extended my trip and were so helpful with that. The only thing that I didn’t like was that house cleaning came in on my second day of a 6 day trip and took almost every towel and then didn’t replace them. I asked for housekeeping to not come again after that, but other than that, my experiences staying here have always been good.

I would like to give a shout out to the man who was working a janitorial position today. He helped me put together my stroller and was soooo kind. Property is an excellent value. I really appreciate the little 24/7 store they have on property. Very clean, excellent staff, and walking distance to the parks. Bring conditioner bc they only have shampoo:conditioner combos. This isn’t a fancy place, but it’s an excellent value.

Budget friendly with smells

We have stayed at this inn 2 times, once in Feb 2025 and just this past weekend (June 2025). The first stay was better than the second stay. Check in staff wasn't very friendly and seemed to want to get back to talking to each other rather than help with information. The rooms are updated but have a mildew smell with a strong ammonia stent. We left for the day to go to Disneyland and came back once the park closed after being out all day with the high being over 90 degrees, we opened the door to find that room service turned the a/c off, so the room was over 80 degrees. Overall, if you are trying to go to Disney on a budget and smells don't bother you this is your place. It is a 20-minute walk to the entrance to Disneyland.

this is our first time staying here and it was only for one night but we enjoyed it! We were so glad to be close enough to Disneyland that we could walk. We will definitely be back!

The property is clean great neighborhood right next to the Anaheim garden Walk so you've got bubba Gump p f Chang's cheesecake factory all right next door that is 13 to 15 minute walk to the front entrance of the park and you can't beat it for the price

Pros: it’s located in the perfect place, great parking for fee, rooms are decent, and staff was accommodating and very friendly. Cons: Housekeeping cleaned our room and took the towels but didn’t leave any fresh ones. Fortunately, we got back from Disneyland early enough to deal with it. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was hard. My back was stiff the next day.
