The staff was great! As far as the room, the door was a little hard to open. I had to shove my body into it to get it open. The room was clean. The shower pressure was very light and the water temp was super hot. I couldn’t get it to change.

I have now stayed here 4 times, there have been some varying points both good and not great. Our stay this time had no complaints, check in was quick, they honored the no fee for parking since I had booked prior to the new policy. We grabbed extra blankets when needed and our room was cleaned consistently, other places only do every other day or once a week. They were also accommodating with our rental parked on property until we had to leave to the airport. No complaints.

This hotel is 15 minutes walking distance to Disneyland. Or Uber for around 5$ each way. Its also a 5 minute walk to Garden Walk Mall that has bowling, escape rooms and tons of food options. If your looking for a place to rest yout head after disneyland this is a good value option. Its dated but most are it was clean and the pool and hot tub were well maintained. Its no frills so bring shampoo with you and hair dryer. No microwave in room but access to one in the front lobby.

The issue was that someone checked in under our reservation and it took the nice young lady at the counter to sort it out eventually. However we were tired and that should’ve never happened. Be more careful on who your checking in cause it wasted a lot of time

During the stay when we checked in some hairs were found in different places which was a bit concerning. No room service to change out towels or even tidy up the beds which was very dissappointing. Also the parking fee is outrageous for not having any security and just an open lot. Overall it is very close to Disney which was great since that is where we spent most of our time.

The bed was comfortable, the wall between our room and the one next to us was thin (it had a joining door), and in the morning we were awoken by parents letting their children scream with no regard to others in the hotel who might be sleeping. The elevator needed to be maintenanced. The hotel is semi close to Disney, you can walk if you chose, or take an Lyft for about $7-9 one way which is what we chose to do. The room had no hairdryer, the toilet even though you'd flush would back up and bring back your #1/2 that you did about 10min later. The staff was nice upon check in, but that's all I had involvement with them on. I traveled with a service dog, and it was fine staying here. For the price it wasn't horrible. I generally stay at Castle Inn and Suites, and at least the motel 6 was lighter inside vs dark like Castle when in the room, and their bed was comfier. However, we had issues with the toilet, AC not working correctly, gremlins from next door thanks to unthoughtful parents, oh! And the room had poor lighting. Really the best lighting in there was the window when open. When you used the lights within the room, it actually made it darker somehow. Shower was fine, and you actually had HOT water.

Our stay here was solid. Rooms were pretty sparse, but the beds were excellent. Air conditioner sounded like it was on its last legs. They sent us to our first room and when we walked in, the beds were unmade and the towels were left on the floor. Apparently they hadn’t cleaned up the room yet. Called the front desk and they apologized profusely and issued us a second room. Door wasn’t sealed well, but the place was nice and quiet. Every time I thought about complaining, I remembered how inexpensive the stay was, and the cost/value ratio was excellent. Limited parking which was a bummer. 15 minute walk to Disney at a good clip. A couple of good fast food joints around the corner. All in all, I’d willingly stay here again.

I stayed at the property a couple of years ago and the only complaints were bad water pressure and small towels. This time around I saw a huge improvement in this! Definitely my go to hotel near Disneyland!

I HAVE ALWAYS STAYED HERE. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE HOTEL TO STAY AT. UNTIL THIS BOOKING. I BOOKED WEDNESDAY-SUNDAY 4/30/25-5/4/2025 THRU EXPEDIA. I AM ALSO A MY6 MEMBER. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST STAY EVER. JENNY IS A RUDE EMPLOYEE. I CHECKED IN THRUSDAY MORNING AT 2:30AM AND SHE WAS TRYING TO CHARGE ME TWO PARKING DAYS FOR ONE DAY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS . ON FRIDAY I WAS TOLD BY MANAGEMENT THAT I WOULD GET ROOM SERVICED ON TODAY, SATURDAY BECAUSE IT WAS EVERY OTHER DAY& SHE BROUGHT ME TOWELS& A ROLL OF TOLIET PAPER. WELL I ITS NOW SUNDAY & JUST GOT BACK FROM DISNEY AND THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED, TRASH WAS NOT TAKEN OUT NOR DID I RECIEVE NEW TOWELS. I SPOKE TO FRONT DESK AND THE WOMAN AT THE DESK IS SAYING THAT MANAGEMENT LIED AND ITS NOT EVERY OTHER DAY ITS IF THEY WANT TO OR IF THEY CAN. SINCE WHEN? WHEN I STAYED 4/2/25-04/06/25 THE ROOM WAS CLEANED & I NEVER NEEDED TO CALL IN FOR ANYTHING. THIS IS THE WORST. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The motel is close to Disney, it's a good price, and the staff is friendly, but there was a cockroach in our bathroom, so I had to shake all our belongings, clothes, luggage, to make sure we don't bring the Motel's roaches home with us. After showing the roach pictures to the front desk employee, he refunded us our parking (though we didn't ask for anything, so that was nice of him), and that alone makes their customer service outstanding.
