The room was clean and spacious. The lobby was always clean and the staff was friendly. Any time we needed something brought to the room, the response was quick. The mattresses are a bit stiff for me, but that's a preference vs. any fault of the hotel. Loved having the daily refresh on the room with beds made, etc. Nice coming back to that after a long day. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great location, walking distance to Disney. Nice heated pool, room with sofa bed and 2 queen beds was very nice and spacious. Staff were always very polite and helpful. Would stay here again!

The staff were courteous unfortunately the folks in the floor above us were so loud late into the night and when we called to ask if they could be asked to quiet down staff said they didn’t hear it and hadn’t spoken with them as a result. so we were stuck listening to people until almost midnight. Consequently this impacted the entire next day and it was a pity that we weren’t taken seriously. Some noise is always to be expected but it was excessive unfortunately The phone in the room didn’t work either

Yes, the room was spotless and the staff is courteous, but you really need to do something about the walk-in showers that don’t have the doors. The floor is very slippery and somebody’s gonna get hurt.
