No real bathroom door- barn door!

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the bathroom door is a barn door- it slides open/closed so it doesn’t actually close like a real door so you can hear everything going on in the bathroom! I have never stayed in a hotel that did not have an actual real closing door to the bathroom. It is such a turn off for me that I won’t stay here again. Also- they charge the most for parking than any other hotel in the area!!! I got on hotels.com once I got back from my trip and no where else charges $41 a day for parking. I will not stay here again. Super dissatisfied bc of these two things- if there was a real door on the bathroom I would have stayed here again in a heartbeat.

Upon checking in to our room, we noticed little shards of broken glass on the bathroom floor. Meaning it was not thoroughly cleaned/swept properly. In addition to being dirty, that's just not safe with two kiddos (one of them being a crawler)! Also found a dead bug in the shower curtain.

Hotel offered what we needed (dining options although we didn’t use, a pool, close to Disneyland, a mini store for snacks and other goods and a gym). Our king bedroom was nice and spacious. We were able to check into our room early upon arrival which was nice after travelling with two little ones. My only negatives would be that the knob to turn the shower on was so stiff - I had to use a towel to get the grip to pull it up. Also the sink in the washroom drained pretty slowly. I didn’t bother asking for a different room as we managed. Also the morning we went to Disneyland I asked the front desk to freshen up our room (I spoke with them at 6:45am). We came back at around 3pm and our room hadn’t been touched. I had made sure to remove the door tag too. My husband ended up talking to the gal doing housekeeping on our floor who said we weren’t on the list… but she ended up helping us anyways. Thank goodness. Anywho I would still recommend this hotel if you just want to be near Disneyland.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the unacceptable treatment my party received during our recent stay at this hotel. Although the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable it did not make up for the treatment of the hotel staff. Upon arrival, we were told that there were no rooms available and were forced to change in a public bathroom. This is completely unprofessional and highly inappropriate, especially considering that we witnessed other families being allowed to check in early. When we raised our concerns and asked for support, the staff not only dismissed us but also responded with unhelpful attitudes and visible disdain, making faces and showing no willingness to assist. Additionally, we were provided with breakfast vouchers which we were unable to use, yet we were still charged for them. When we brought this up, we were told bluntly that it was not their problem and no refund would be given. This response was appalling and completely unacceptable. The overall experience was far below any reasonable standard of hospitality. I expect immediate attention to this matter and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, disrespect, and poor service we endured.
