"We enjoyed every thing except , we thought we had purchased package with breakfast, included. Their records said no. Expedia did not include this, even though we thought we paid for it."

"Super courteous helpful and knowledgeable staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was a little too warm but we were able to open the windows for some fresh and cold air. Location is wonderful - within walking distance to all spots in Salzburg which is a highly walkable town. "

Would have liked a place to microwave things as a staff member in the restaurant did not want to microwave something for me, even though I was directed to do so the day before when I inquired about microwave options. Other than that, the hotel has perfect and you the location so convenient to the train station and mall. "

"The hotel was easy to find, situation just down the road from the main train station, and thr proximity to public transport was fab. The condition and cleaniness of the place was great, the rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the Level 1 view over the train line. Interesting and different and a nice way to make it a theme."
