The staff members at check-in were friendly and helped us with a Salzburg card as well as which bus to catch. The room was a good size, and the drinks in the bar fridge were a nice touch. The mountain views from the room were beautiful. Public transport is close by and very easy to catch to all Salzburg sites. The only thing I would change is that it would be good if the shower could be closed off rather than being open planned within the room.

Fire alarms and noisy pipes … not good for sleep!

I hate to write a bad review, but definitely think twice before booking this one. Two nights in a row we were awakened after 11pm by fire alarms, apparently caused by guests showering too hot. That shouldn’t be possible. And the plumbing is very noisy - like air was trapped in the drains. So, you could a very loud noise like thunder every time someone above you used water. Therefore, while it looks pretty and high-end, it seems like a poorly built or engineered building which causes a lot of sleepless nights. And the front desk didn’t offer anything other than a sheepish apology… I guess they get these complaints a lot. Oh, and the shower has a glass wall into the bedroom so I hope you like to be an exhibitionist!

Hotel około 6-7 letni, co jak na Salzburg jest dobrym prognostykiem, bo w mieście dominują raczej stare, wysłużone już hotele. Niewątpliwym plusem jest podziemny parking o dużej liczbie miejsc, co też nie jest standardem w tym mieście. Warto dopłacić parę groszy i wziąć pokój na wyższym piętrze, z którego można rozkoszować się panorama miasta. Dobry pomysł z ulokowaniem restauracji i baru na dwóch najwyzszych piętrach hotelu. Pewna niedogodnością może być brak czajnika w pokoju. Żelazko i deska do prasowania są dostępne w recepcji. Internet chodzi raczej z przeciętna prędkością, ale pewnie zależy to też od obłożenia, a w moim przypadku hotel był praktycznie pełny.

Very modern boutique hotel near the main Tran station. Short walk to the river that a nice walkway on both sides that leads to the old town. Old town is birth place of Mozart. Old town is nestled between a large rock hill and the river. Hotel is new and the breakfast buffet is very good. Dining area is in the top floor with a great view of the city.

This is a budget hotel near the train station which is why we booked it. However, to walk to downtown area, you'll have to go through some sketchy area with homeless encampments. The staffing here was very inadequate. Check in and check out was very slow. The tall blonde receptionist was rude and snappy when we checked in. After check out, we ask them to hold our luggages since our train did not leave until 5PM. We came back at 4:30 to collect the luggages and there were only 1 gentleman working at the reception and over 20 people waiting to check in. We had to ask if there were someone else to help us get our luggages, one girl came out from the back to help but made remarks that "i don't work reception". The room was nice and clean but the bathroom does not have a door, just see through glass so do not book if you travel with family or friends. Only for couples.

This was a very clean and well presented hotel. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is in an easy 10 minute walking distance of the city centre. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of options and as it is on the 15 floor you have a tremendous view of the whole city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Property is close to train station and public transport was excellent. Overall it was not the most beautiful area of Salzburg. If you are looking for a charming visit to Salzburg reminding you of Sound of Music then this hotel is probably not for you. However, if you want a bar with a beautiful view of the city then this may be a great fit.
