The property actually matched the pictures! Our room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable. Surprisingly very quiet even though we were facing the main street. The staff were excellent and especially Christina who helped us numerous times. All in all a wonderful experience!

I loved this hotel! It is right across from a beautiful park! The staff were so nice and the rooms were beautiful. We had a balcony and the view was amazing. I would stay here again!

I cannot say enough about the fabulous staff at this hotel. The front desk people were so kind and helpful. Great location. My only complaint was that our room was hot last night; we had to keep the window open a crack and were awakened constantly by the late night crowd. Otherwise I can’t recommend enough.

Wonderful staff, classic dignified hotel with beautiful marble floor and staircase (though elevator also easy-access!). Very nice and thoughtful room amenities. Across the street from Mozarteum University, so free and excellent student recitals are possible. Location close to convenient bus to airport and all major Salzburg attractions. Would highly recommend.
