One bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, single level condo located on the top floor of the complex. 749 square ft. total, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious master suite, and a large deck accessible from both the bedroom and the living space. The condo itself is not a long walk from the beach. This rental unit is on the 3rd floor of the condo community, elevator accessible, but with seven steps down the entryway into the living room. Sit on the couch and watch TV or pop in a DVD or VCR tape and enjoy a movie. And additional television and stereo are available in the master bedroom. Enjoy the view of Avalon Harbor and town while relaxing on the deck. Password-protected wifi is available. This is a non-smoking property. B41 | Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations. | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). ----- ***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.** This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking. Violations of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refunds. Property Management provided by Catalina Island Vacation Rentals.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beaches, shops and restaurants. Everything was beautiful and was a perfect place to relax (or get into some fun nightlife if the night takes you there)! The condo was beautiful, with stunning views - we could have spent the whole trip out on that balcony!

Great location with beautiful views

We loved the location and the deck, and the property was spacious and comfortable. The only downsides were that the place was a bit dirty - a lot of the dishes were dirty and some of the sheets were stained. The place could use a deep clean and some new linens. Overall, it was a great stay and the hosts were very communicative.

Convenient and cozy

It was a perfect spot for three of us. Well stocked kitchen. You can reach pretty much all shops and restaurants within a 5-10min walk. We had a few small problems with the internet but otherwise this was exactly what we expected and were looking for, would definitely recommend.

No AC, no golf cart like they advertised. No lighting above the dining table. No blender, some electric sockets didn’t work. No swimming pool like they advertised. The building looks runned down. Lots and lots of stairs beware. Not happy here and won’t stay here again. It’s far from beach

view was beautiful room was nice and big

it was clean but there was what looked to be old blood on a light switch in the half bathroom some towels has stains on them and they listening said there would be a pool and jacuzzi witch is why we chose the rental the pool and jacuzzi were empty so that would have been nice to know before renting this Cando over all the cando was nice I personally wouldn't stay again only because of the walk to town and the pool situation.

Would Stay Again

LOVED IT!!! The condo was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and came stocked with all the basic amenities. My husband and I enjoyed having a little more space and 2 TV's to work with to watch whatever we wanted with compromising on it. I loved sitting on the balcony at night under the stars. I even used the beach bags that were hanging in the closet. Check in and check out were very easy, and the company maintains excellent communication. The only potential issue I will share is, there are A LOT of stairs throughout the complex and even in the condo itself. So if anyone has any trouble walking up or down stairs, you may want to consider another option.
