"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay on Lake D'Arbonne! This little one bedroom fishing cabin had everything we needed and more. We spent time sitting on the front porch with a view of the lake and went inside to the air conditioning when it got too hot outside. The kitchen was nice and I even used the iron and ironing board to take some wrinkles out of my new shirt. We used the shower, which had good pressure and plenty of hot water.I only have one complaint. The bed looked nice, but when you lie down, you are forced to the middle because it is shaped like a bowl. It might not be bad for one person, but my wife and I were smashed together in the middle and didn't get a good night's rest.Everything else was great and we would definitely stay there again when in town. Although, I might sleep on the sofa next time."

"The house was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location on the lake and close to several restaurants. We appreciated that all the roads to get there were paved. We enjoyed fishing off the dock (caught a couple of bass!) and spending time on the back deck. If you are thinking of bringing a boat, there is a launch just a few minutes away. The kitchen had all we needed to cook a few simple meals, and we loved that the bathrooms had plenty of towels. My husband and I were in town for a business meeting at LATech and brought our 18 year old son with us. We hope that this house is available next time we are up that way."
