Quiet, comfortable king bed. Could have been cleaner on floor. No breakfast. Needs some update outside on doors and stairs cleaner. Slept good. Non smoking room had been smoked in

Lakeside views included

A nice lakeside motel.A bit dated/older - My room was clean the lower level had a nice lake view until a large SUV parked right in front of my window. :( Apparently you need a top floor room to avoid that. Small lakeside restaurant between the motel and the lake. About 25 minutes from Ruston. Farmersville had a well stoked grocery store

My room smelled awful ... like pee. I was too tired to change rooms, and left early in the morning. The hotel is in a great location, and has lots of potential, but needs to be better taken care of. No excuse for a room smelling as awful as mine did.
