"Located near Heathrow and next to Thames River which is a wonderful walk in the evening. We saw beautiful homes, swans and other wildlife. Find the McDonald’s and you have the Main Street for shopping and restaurants. It’s a five minute walk. Uber drivers have no problem finding the hotel. We used them going from and to Heathrow. Comfortable bed. A little moldy in the bathroom but could be because there is no ventilation in that room. "

"Beware of hotels that book large conference groups. There were two large groups, one that partied outside our window until midnight. We could not access our original rooms as the lift was broken and my 89 year old mother could not go up the stairs. The receptionist was more interested in checking out the split ends in her hair than she was in trying to accommodate us with new rooms. When they finally did give us rooms, we had to haul five suitcases, a car seat, a two year old and my Mom in her walker by ourselves. Disgraceful. "

The only problem I had was that drawing the curtains in my room was very challenging as the rings on the curtain pole didn’t glide smoothly and you had to wrench the curtain closed and open. Food was excellent and the room was quiet overlooking a peaceful garden. A good 4 out of 5."
