"Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating, except for Friday aft at 3:30 pm, Nov.7. Woman at front desk was terse,; just asked us for Name and ID, nothing else offered, no hello...welcome...no info about breakfast times, etc. Not a friendly start to our stay at Baymont. We stayed for 3 nights and other staff in the days following were friendly, accommodating....breakfast room staff was great, clean area, and made sure all items were available when they became empty. We would stay here again."

"Everyone was super nice , there are washing and drying machines in the 9th floor which came super helpful on our road trip. There was a lot of variety in the breakfast and the beds were super comfortable. The rooms are super spacious and it's in an area near the highway . Highly recommend it "
