The cottage has been beautifully renovated to combine modern comfort with classic charm. The spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area are ideal for preparing meals after a day of hiking or exploring the area, while the comfortable lounge is perfect for unwinding by the electric-effect fireplace. The Moelwyn features three cosy bedrooms—two doubles and one single—ensuring ample space for everyone. The family bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet, is conveniently located on the first floor, and there's an additional WC on the lower ground floor.

For entertainment, step through a secret door into the lower ground floor, where you'll find a movie room and games area. The space includes a projector with Netflix for movie nights and a 3-in-1 table (table tennis, pool, and air hockey) for hours of fun. Outside, a gravel garden at the rear of the cottage offers a secure space for storing bikes. The Moelwyn is perfectly situated for outdoor enthusiasts, with walking trails of all levels nearby, from gentle walks to more challenging hikes through Snowdonia's rugged mountains and valleys.

The cottage includes parking for a smaller car, with additional street parking available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the cinema room on the lower ground floor has a lower ceiling height.
