After I checked in, I found there was no working hot tub and I didn’t have TV access to more than a few channel in my room. I was told breakfast was until 9:30 and came home on Christmas Day just shy of 9am to find there were no warm food items left. The desk staff told me that breakfast actually ended at 9am unlike what I had been told. My room was not cleaned or refreshed during my two day stay and I had to go downstairs for towels multiple times.

We purposely chose to come back here after a great stay a couple of years ago but this time it was not as appealing. The room was very nice except the bathroom fan ran all night making an annoying noise. We had to park off site because 2 trucks with long trailers parked sideways taking up 10 plus spaces in the back. The breakfast would have been elite except for the waffles being coated with a heavy layer of sugar. Please consider having someplace to refill water than just a regular drinking fountain or a container with a heavy dose of lemon.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Boulder Longmont Needs to be remodeled. Large crack in shower wall, wallpaper peeling up. No place by the bed to plug in your phone or laptop. Rating on Expedia does not match hotel. I will not stay here in the future
