LOCATION
Quiet and spacious neighborhood, just a couple minutes east from the BA expressway (hwy 51). Homes are on large 1+ acre lots so there is plenty of space between neighboring houses.

PARKING
→ Do not park on grass.
→ The garage holds 2 cars. There is room in the turn around driveway, as well as on the sides to park another 5-6 cars.
→ There is an additional gravel parking lot through the fence gate on the west side that can hold another 6 vehicles.

The property worked great for our group of 12 guys on a golf trip. We didn't use any of the amenities in the yard, but everything else was to our liking. Kitchen was stocked and the family & rec. rooms were great for our entire group to gather. The only minor issues we had were the upstairs fridge was warm upon arrival (we reset the breaker to turn it on) and the complete lack of hangers in any of the closets. This house gets bonus points for the water pressure in the shower - that baby cleaned parts of me I didn't even know existed. Would recommend to others.

This place was so wonderful. It was super clean and had plenty of room for 17 of us! Good location... close to stores. We enjoyed the backyard, hot tub, fire pit and pickleball. The upstairs gameroom was the best thing for the kids. The kitchen had plenty of room for gathering, drinks, food and the table was great for games.HIGHLY recommend and we would stay there again.

Perfect to place to accommodate Crew

We booked this amazing property to have 2 crews stay while in town to perform an Upgrade on a Verizon Cell Site. We will defiantly be staying back here if its available when we return in the future.
