Friendly staff... nice quiet rooms. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very close to Knotts berry farm. It is a smaller parking lot but we got lucky with finding parking spot.

Room was clean had everything we needed. Staff were great. Did early check in at 9 for only a charge of 35 dollars.walked to and from knotts with ease with children. Quick 10 minute drive to Disney. Will definitely be my go to spots to stay!

We had a great family trip, thankful for the staff at Best Host for accommodating our situation. Check in was great the gentleman that checked us in was friendly and continued a friendly conversation making us feel welcomed. Our second check in was with a wonderful lady who made our room switch very easy and fast. We like staying at this hotel often because we love how comfortable the beds are, the amount of space that is in the room and since it’s walking distance to the theme park, it’s definitely a plus!

We left after we checked in. We must of found 25 hairs all over the beds, sheets and pillow cases. The staff was very nice about it and apologized but never a call back or a refund was made.

So, when they mopped they used a dirty mop. The room had ants and the walls were obviously marked up from previous people's stays. Proximity to the destination and the jet tub were nice. Overall would book again at a lower price or perhaps just a different room.
