Hotel was great. Room was clean. Kids liked the pool. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was helpful. We needed a roll-away bed and he had it sent to our room right away. Definitely would stay here again.

Front desk clerk charged me twice for incidentals. I realize it comes off my account, but the issue is he yelled across the lobby full of people as I was walking to my room “Hey, your credit card did not get approved”. I then told him I saw the “Approved” on the card scanner, but he refused to believe me.

It was alright. The room was big, which was a bonus but the cleanliness was not super great. Stains on one of our blankets, and the couch had some weird thick stain on it.

Everything was great except for the toilet. The seat was loose, it wouldn’t flush, and when it did, it ran all night. I let the woman know that maintenance should replace it or fix it.
