Overall, it was an okay stay. A smile from the staff would go a long way. During check in and check out the staff did not smile. Pasaing the front desk at night or in the morning, they staff did not greet you, i said good morning or good night.
Pros: i was able to check in 20min earlier and the parking lot had enough space for the hotel guests. McDonalds was in walking distances for a late night snack.
Cons: i booked this hotel for the high reviews on breakfast- but i was disappointed. The staff watched the breakfast station like a hawk. On my last morning, the breakfast staff was very rude to a guest; telling the guest "you all keep breaking the severing tray - Do not pull it all the way. "
What looks like a pepperoni slice was on the carpet in my room my entire stay (3 nights).
The 2nd day the dirty towels were removed from my room but not replaced. When i called the front desk, they said you can come down and get clean towels. Housekeeping was very poor.
The bathroom shower was very worn-out.
