We were greeted well on check-in, but the air conditioning was off in our room and wouldn’t cool when set at 68, someone came to check it and acted like he didn’t know how to adjust the thermostat, after an hour and a half we finally were given another room with working air conditioning.

The room itself was great. We checked in at 5pm and the entire hallway was littered with bedding. Could barely get by with luggage. Staff didn't know the area when we asked about restaurants nearby. Breakfast was empty when we went at 7:30. The worker only made the minimum amount causing delays. We ended up having to skip the breakfast that was included in our stay and went elsewhere.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast. Lady in kitchen was super nice. Misleading information about hot tub. Which was one of the main reasons for booking and yet that hotel hasn’t had a hot tub for years now. Should definitely not be mentioned on your website
