You have full private access to the entire property with the Front Cottage (Yellow) and the Rear Cottage (Blue), as well as parking in the driveway (up to 4 cars), the front porch, the middle yard between the two cottages and the back yard area immediately behind the blue cottage.

Cleaning supplies, laundry & dishwasher pods and a handheld vacuum are for your convenience throughout your stay. No smoking/vaping indoors. No pets. No parties or unregistered guests. Parking in main driveway if booking both units or adjacent driveway if booking only front unit, check with host for clarity. Please do not leave the doors open. Do not leave windows open when not present. Short term stays only, no household effects/furniture. Please don't re-arrange furniture. No glitter, hair dye or self-tanning please. Do not tamper with security/safety/fire equipment. Trash cans are outside in the back, next to the garage.
