Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome (maximum 2). Please keep pets off furniture and do not leave unattended unless crated.

Guests will have full, private, and exclusive access to the entire Bear House Catskills property. This includes the main house, gourmet kitchen, basement playroom, and the entire backyard. All amenities, including the hot tub, seasonal pool, fire pit, and the area around the pond, are for your exclusive use. Arrival is seamless with our self-check-in process.

We prioritize your privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in experience. While we will not be present on the property during your stay, we are always available and responsive via the messaging app or phone should you have any questions or need assistance. Our goal is to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable retreat.

Family-Friendly Amenities: We provide two Pack 'n Plays, a high chair, outlet covers, and a selection of children's books and toys.

Pond Safety: Please be aware there is an unfenced pond on the property. For the safety of your children, they must be supervised by an adult at all times when outdoors.

Pool Safety: The seasonal pool is equipped with a secure ladder that lifts and latches closed. Please ensure it is secured in the upright position when the pool is not in use.

Local Wildlife: As we are in a natural setting, you may encounter local wildlife. For your safety and theirs, please do not feed any animals and always maintain a respectful distance.
