I stay here about every two months for business and usually it’s a perfect fit with great service - this time the TV didn’t work and I reported it day one and was told they get it fixed - well they didn’t and that was after reporting it again on day two. Disappointed

Made a trip to CA for a party. We were running late as it was our room shower was not working. Called to have it fixed took 15 min. Then it was not even fixed we heard the shower dripping all night the sofa bed did not have sheets or cover it was full of pet hair and pet food. Horrible experience sadly. There were good options walking distance and theater. The hygiene experience was bad though.

Terrible choice for business stay

They did not have the room I reserved and at check-in the receptionist lied to me and told me that it was a king suite even though I asked her three times to confirm. When I got to the room, it was a queen suite and when I went back, she said that’s all they had. When I asked why she lied to me she denied it and so I asked for a refund and found another hotel. The front lobby was messy and cluttered, the air conditioning around the whole towel was either off or on a high setting and the whole place scene muggy And moldy.

Excellent service, staff was very helpful and didn’t make you wait for anything. Clean property. Beds comfy. I was a little warm sleeping air conditioner got cold but didn’t reach the whole room. Excellent price for the stay. Pool was clean.

I had to stay here unexpectedly due to a plumbing issue at my home nearby. I booked for 2 nights but left after 1. The walls are very thin so the sounds of people in the hall, walking upstairs, and the dog barking in a room nearby all night was louder than you'd normally expect in a hotel. I was pretty tired when I arrived so I just went to bed. When I woke up I noticed the room had not been turned over completely from the previous guest. While the beds were made and new towels up, the bathroom floor had a lot of long black hair, which was also in the shower along with a 1/2 used little circle of soap. I decided just to go home and tough it put there with the repair work going on. It was disappointing to have a bad experience here because I tell family and business partners to stay here when they are in town because it has a great location.

Even though this building is a little aged, overall, it was in good condition. There are area's within the rooms that need attention and fixed...mold in corners of shower. The ceiling sprinkler needs attention. Window need to be cleaned on the outside. The property needs better outdoor maintenance; grass is dead surrounding the property, really lowers the appeal of the property. Spend the money for the upkeep, it will be worth it.

Second time staying here. The guy who checked me in was very nice. Room was clean except bath rub it was a little filthy. My kids and i were woken up by dogs barking and crying at 6am everyday the 4 days we were there. Every time we would leave the room we could hear the dogs screaming and crying. my kids like to sleep in and we couldn't. very annoying. otherwise it was a nice stay.
