The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Florence, just a short walk from the Duomo, Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio, and some of the city’s most elegant shops and restaurants. It made exploring the city effortless. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail felt intentional. What truly set it apart, though, was the service. "Enjoyed our 2 nights at this property. The staff were always available, helpful and easy to deal with. The location can’t be beat. If arriving by car, there are two designated spots to leave your vehicle temporarily while loading or unloading but if you’re keeping the car, it will be parked off premise at quite a distance (up to 45 min away). Rooftop bar is worth a drink but prices are expensive and the music totally outdated. Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were a good size, clean and fresh. Enjoy Firenze from here and you’re in the heart of the action. Recommended!"
