The bath on arrival had not been completely cleaned no new soap or shampoo. The hot tub was not hot until our third day. The pool and hot tub were completely filled with a raucous party on the Saturday so that we were not able to use it when we wished. Cudos to the staff for clearing them out for the adult swim but the pool and hot tub were not warm. The bath and room were cleaned well later in the stay so overall we were very happy with our stay.

The room was so spacious & super clean. The bed was comfy and the shower was great! Parking was good too. No free breakfast offered though. During our stay there was a boys hockey tournament. So the pool was a 24 hour splash fest & obnoxious noodle fighting. It's a small pool area for such a big hotel.
