Friendly staff. Clean room. Right in downtown, super walkable area. Free breakfast. You can get 2 free water bottles per day which is a nice touch. Only downsides are the room didn’t have many outlets to plug in phone chargers and you need to figure out your own parking. There’s 2 garages right next to it though for convenience.

The room was very nice , Leona was the person I check in was rude . I didn’t know she was a women , I asked my daughter what he is saying, she told me I’m she, I was confused for a moment because in front of me I saw a men with make up. Is he wants every one call her a women , maybe needs to wear the proper make up and speak nice to the costumer.

We had 2 suites from 12/26-12/28. Very reasonably priced, very comfortable, spacious. We had my daughter's 90 pound English lab and the pet fee was 25/night as advertised on Expedia. When we arrived they said the charge was 40/night but I was able to show proof on the Expedia site and the $25 price was honored. Short walk to the bean, Millennial Park. Not a very dog friendly City - many green spaces prohibit dogs. The hotel however, was fantastic!

The room was in great condition, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, but also very crowded. You cannot beat the location, and the staff was helpful. I would probably pay a bit more due to the bedding issue.

We stayed two nights, and there were parties in the room next door both nights. We could hear the bass through the walls all night long. We called security a couple of times, but it did not stop. When I spoke with someone at the front desk one morning, she assured me that the hotel kicks out partiers if they find them, but that did not happen. The location was great, and the room was clean. The food was also good in the morning. Unfortunately, we did not get much sleep.

Seemed like a super busy night but the staff still handled us with care. Our room was doubled booked on some sort of technical accident but we got upgraded. So it made the stay 10x better. We really enjoyed our stay. Barely even left the room.
