I rarely have issues with Hotels especially in chicago but it just felt like issue after issue. We paid for city view but all we got was an up close stare at someones office (facing another building) While we remained grateful to be able to stay there it still felt like we got short changed. Our heater wasn’t working (we even put the temp up to max and nothing changed) so we just assumed because of the big windows it would be slightly chilly so my partner requested an extra blanket. On the 3rd night we asked lobby to check the toilet for it would not stop running water. When we came back the room was nice and hot so I assumed the engineer caught it wasn’t working properly. There must've been a miscommunication because the toilet was never fixed. Although we were glad the heat was fixed it was towards the last night there and the toilet was still constantly running water.

The room was super clean and beautiful and very friendly staff. Specially the bartender, he was the only one for some time and he managed to make drinks and serve the tables with top notch customer service. He made everyone feel special!

Gave all the upgrades to the high class ppl. It was just terrible I will not be going back. I need a full refund or half my money back for not being in the correct room.

I was very pleased with my room upgrade in celebration of my wedding anniversary. The room was beautifully set up with wine, balloons, and a thoughtful card from the front desk.
