Brand new 1 bedroom apartment built above our garage

The apartment is new with a modern design and a clean look. There is a private entrance and large balcony for you to enjoy. There is a full kitchen with all the the amenities, along with a blow up queen mattress for living room if you need to sleep 2 additional guests. We are 1.5 miles to Huntington beach, 2.3 miles to Newport beach, 4.7 miles to John Wayne airport. Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are less than a 30 min drive. There are many restaurants, bars and stores within minutes of our house with Uber and Lyft available quickly if you do not have a car.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The vibe of the area was perfect for our family—peaceful yet close enough to the ocean and local shopping. We especially loved the kitchen, which allowed us to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals together. The outdoor patio was a great spot for dining and relaxing. The homeowners were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Perfect spot for our little trip. This oversized 1 bedroom has everything you need and more. Close to great restaurants, local shops and the beach! Our hosts Michelle and Greg were wonderful they even made recommendations on their favorite local places to eat. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.

Nice new place, convenient location

Very nice, newly built apartment above the garage with a spacious outdoor patio for eating. Parking was plentiful and easy. The location was central to the Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, and Newport Beach area. We hope to come again!

Enjoyed our Stay

Located in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to Huntington Beach or Newport Beach. My wife and I, with our toy poodle, enjoyed the visit. The unit was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you might expect. There was always available street parking near the residence. The owners, who live on the property, were very attentive to our communications. We will likely return to this rental in the future.

Lovely roomie VRBO

The property was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and great for cooking. The king size was comfortable too. We enjoyed visiting the beach areas as well as visits to our children. It was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return.

We Recommend

We had an very enjoyable stay. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and did us a great favor for which they were not obligated. We appreciated that very much. The apartment is modern, clean, safe, and secure. It is comparable to a very nice hotel suite with a kitchen. There are no views from the windows or deck, but that did not matter to us. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable, and nice for short walks, but is completely residential.You need to drive to food and recreation. But the drives are not far, and beaches are very convenient. Renters must park on the street. Renters should be aware that the described "Living Room - 1 Queen Bed" is not a sofa bed or such, but an inflatable bed from the closet. While high quality, and reasonably comfortable, it is very large for the room and needs to be at least partially deflated every morning. Plan for this if you have more than 2 people, or need two beds. (for this reason we dropped a star from our rating) It was a good stay and we hope to return another time.

Great place near LA beaches!

We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable, quiet and convenient this unit is. Everything works great, the neighbourhood is lovely and we had a great stay. We will definitely look here first if we need a place in this region again. We stayed for 9 nights and it just felt like home. Thanks to our host Greg for great communication and help while we were here. Highly recommend this home away from home.

Perfect stay

This amazing little find is perfect for a SoCal visit. Walking distance to 2145 restaurant and a 7-11. Great back patio. Place was clean and modern. You can Uber to HB or Newport. I would recommend investing in E-bikes for guests. I would pay more per night for this as E-bikes could take guests just about anywhere in a 30 mile radius. Thanks for having us. Craig and Cindy
