Winter Family Vacation

Fantastic place. Super clean and world class location. Property Manager very responsive. Amazing ocean views. Both of our kids enjoyed seeing the dolphins swim by on several different days. Close to all good sights and places in Dana Point!

We had a wonderful visit! You can't beat the location with direct access onto the beach. Such a treat to be able to sit listening to the waves, watching the sunset. House is all one level, which we especially love. Paul is always great & easy to communicate & work with. We really enjoyed our visit!

Dream House on the Beach

I've rented many homes over the years and this was absolutely the best. Pictures truly don't capture the beauty of the view. Our family and friends (8) were visiting for a music festival in Dana Point and the location & amenities made this place the perfect retreat. The house was spotlessly clean, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, the beds comfortable and there were plenty of places for people to relax. The host was truly wonderful - responding to messages quickly and thinking of all the little things to make our stay so enjoyable. I hope we can visit again. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Unique Private Beach Find

If you are seeking oceanfront property and privacy, this is the property for you! Located at the end of a private gated road and community, make this a rare find. This place is great for families and is not a party house. Definitely a property we will return to.

Absolutely loved this property. Clean and tidy. Close to activities. Property manager just a text away. Secure and safe. Had all the supplies needed. Beautiful property and superb ocean location. Outstanding Beach Stay

Beautiful house, perfect location. Secure, gated community- quiet peaceful beach. Home is as advertised, clean and comfortable and right on the beach. Plenty of space for 6 adults with great kitchen and grill for making meals- easy access to several beach towns with great shops and restaurants as well. Enjoyed the boogie and surf boards provided, bikes as well. Great stay!

Beautiful Beach Stay

This was our second visit to this house rental and the location, view, & all-main-level house can’t be beat. Hearing the ocean waves day and night is such a treat. The kitchen and patio are wonderful for family time. Overall, we had a great time & enjoyed our stay.
