My least favorite VRBO to date. To be fair there are some pros:1) one block from highway. Easy access to all of Denver. 2) house was clean and smelled goodCons: 1) limited contact w owner. Did not get entry instructions until day of. Also we had 6 towels and 2 washcloths for 4 of us for 4 days. Owner ignored my request for more. 2) 4 forks, 2 butter knives, 2 steak knives and some spoons. Both frying pans were scratched and didn’t sit flat to the stove. Basically unusable. 3) the outdoor trash can was full so we could not take out the trash4) being close to the highway unfortunately means traffic sounds5) most uncomfortable mattresses. Foam w no give. Love seat and couch in the living room were small and uncomfortable and the couch was missing the back leg so it sunk to the ground. We could not sit there. 6) listed as “game” house. There was Jenga, matching and Cards against Humanity. That’s all. 7) trash in cabinets like half full peanut butter and old fountain drink cups. Overall house was cute, clean and easily accessible but plan on bringing your own supplies.

My friends and I planned a trip to Denver in a matter of 4 days. We used this VRBO as our home base. The house was clean and perfect to come back to after a day of exploring downtown Denver, visting Echo lake and catching a concert at Meow Wolf. I recommed staying hear. The host was very responsive and provided a digital handbook, telling you everything you need for the trip.

Wonderful stay in a great location close enough to get in and out of the city quickly and far enough out where you are not dealing with very much traffic when you are ready to wind down. Also close to alot of great locations like the the Mills and Edgewater Market Place

Baseball vacation

Traveled to Denver for the Dodgers-Rockies series. Home was very nice. Short drive to LoDo and Coors Field. Fit our needs just right.

Nice place

The neighborhood was nice & close to so much. The main road traffic can be heard from the house but it wasn’t too bad. The home needs a deep & overall cleaning. We didn’t feel the bedding or couches were clean & the floors weren’t clean. The home is in need of basic repairs too. We had plenty of space for our family and there is plenty of parking. With a good cleaning this is a good place to stay.

Not wahat was advertised

The area was a great location. Close to downtown activities and the stadium was as well. The couches were not clean, bed had hair in the bed from the previous customers, the guest shower floods very bad. The master bathrooms sink leaks very bad. Trashcan was full so we could not tale any trash out.

Cute house in a loud city neighborhood

This is a cute ranch with three spacious bedrooms and two separate living spaces. It is a great value and conveniently located next to Route 6 and Sheridan Blvd in the Barnum West neighborhood. We heard a lot of road and city noises throughout the night. We were also woken up multiple nights by various loud sounds, and after checking the Denver crime map for the area, my daughter and I decided to stay at a hotel in a different part of town. My husband stayed at the house and unfortunately had only one night of uninterrupted sleep. The property manager was not sympathetic to our case. I would encourage you to check out the crime map for this area and also look on a map at the areas close to this property if you are concerned about safety or noise. Other than that, the surface level areas of the house were clean and usable. The showerheads were nice. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the blinds and baseboards were dusty. One of the beds was comfortable, the other was not, and the pillows were very flat. There was only one small loveseat in the spacious front room, providing room for only two people to sit in there. The front room gets lovely sunlight through the windows, whereas the back room doesn’t get good lighting, and the LED lamps give an eerie glow to the room. The kitchen amenities were okay: The faucet was tricky to work and the utensil drawer could be filled out a little more (there was only one butter knife, for example).

We enjoyed our stay at the VRBO. The property felt safe, we had the house for ourselves. There is a nice driveway for parking off the street.

Nice place, nice price

We had a one-night stay at this house when we traveled to Denver for a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater. It is a nice, clean place that was just right for our three adult couples, and was only a short drive to the venue. It is located close to a main highway but it was a surprisingly quiet stay.

Cozy House

We were in town for the long weekend and had several activities planned near downtown. This house is located very close to downtown so it was perfect. The house was very clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. We happened to be in town during the polar vortex so the temperature was -9 during our stay but we had no issues staying warm in the house and we had plenty of hot water for all 4 people. Communication and instructions from the host was excellent throughout our trip.

Great Location and plenty of room

As title suggests, the property was in a pretty central location for red rocks, downtown Denver, other hiking spots. Immediately off the highway too, so it was an easy jumpstart to any location.

Wasn't the best

We stayed here for 2 nights. Unfortunately it wasn't the best. The house looked nice inside. But upon arrival first thing we see is a used dental floss stick on the floor by the sofa. We saw wine in the wine rack and reached out to the owner to see if it was for guests or not and had no response. I will say the owner let us check in early but after that they never responded again to anything. The final straw was when we woke up early on the last morning to find earwig's in the master bed. We didn't even stay until check out time. We packed up and left right then.(4AM)
