Just north of downtown, easy access to major highways, airport, and mountains. Nearby city lakes are fun for playgrounds, parks, and walks.



The Space:

This home has been uniquely remodeled to allow for two separate units for affordable stays. However, this listing is for the entire house, and guests will have exclusive access to both the main level and the basement. Guests will enter through the front door and will receive the lockbox code for the basement door.



Please note that there is a full-time resident living in the detached studio located off the carport. She has a completely separate living space and may park on the left (north) side of the carport.

This home may be listed for sale during your stay. If a showing is requested, we’ll always give at least 24 hours’ notice and check with you first. Showings are completely optional and only happen with your approval. They’re typically quick (about 15 minutes), and a licensed real estate agent will be present the entire time. No need to tidy up or do anything special — we understand you’re living in the space. If you have pets, we just ask that they’re crated or taken with you during any approved showing for everyone’s safety. We’ll always do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your flexibility!
