"Not really as close to Viejas arena as stated. Toilet wasn't working so maintenance had to come. Tv wasn't working so again needed help. Ad said there was a laundry for guest use, but the machines were out of order so could not use. Mostly felt safe but one night had a perso by entrance yelling and frightening. Told staff who said to ignore and just walk by. They seemed to think it was normal. Maybe for San Diego but not us."

"The reviews here about being a good place are LIES. We got my two rooms downgraded because they had been given out to others. And we had to wait for a room because it was not ready(not clean) "

"Everything about the room was nice. Only complaint was that when we walked in the room was scorching hot. Thermostat read 99 so I called to tell the front desk to tell them that the AC was broken and they needed to send someone over. They were trying to explain to me how to use the thermostat. I insisted that I knew how to use it and that something else was going on, so she said she would call me back. They never called me back so I called them. We had to sit outside in the patio while we waited for the repair man to show. The repair man eventually fixed this after about 2 hours of us arriving but it would be hours before our room temp would be cool enough for us to bear. So we left for about another 2-3 hours and it was still hot about 86 degrees when we returned but we were so tired already we just stayed in the room and dealt with it. The room was nice. Everything was nice. The staff was friendly. But this was a major disappointment. I wish we could’ve been compensated somehow or at least moved to a different room. It’s a good thing we only had to stay just that one night. "
